J U D G M E N T

The instant Writ Petition is preferred seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner in their service and for other incidental reliefs.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that Ext.P9 representation has been submitted by the petitioner before the first respondent detailing his grievances and that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to effectively consider the same. He asserted that the petitioner has passed the 10th standard Equivalency Examination and he was qualified for

regularization.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P9 representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard.
