J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the Court for following relief: "i.

Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to de-notify the petition schedule property covered by Ext.P1 order and handover the de-jure possession of the property within a time frame. ii.

Issue any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case."

The petitioner submits that the land referred in Ext.P2 has to be denotified and the legal possession has to be handed over.

In the light of Ext.P2, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the entire exercise in this regard within 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
