J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has been granted a permission under the clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order to utilize the land for other purposes. Ext.P1 is the order of the 2nd respondent. The petitioner had approached the Tahsildar to reassess the land as per Ext.P2.

This Court is of the view that in the light of order issued by the 2nd respondent, the Tahsildar shall take steps to reassess the land under Section 6(A) of the Land Tax Act. Needful shall be done within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
