JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the stage carriage operator conducting service on the route Perumbavoor - Oonnukal - Uppukulam on the strength of a temporary permit issued to his stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-04/N-3443. The said temporary permit was issued for a period of four months from 17/8/2015 to 16/12/2015. The petitioner filed Ext.P3 application seeking re-issuance of the temporary permit for a further period of four months from 17/12/2015. Since the period would stand expired on 16/12/2015, the petitioner sought for a direction to consider Ext.P3 application at the earliest.

2. Having regard to the submissions made at the Bar in support of the averments in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application at the earliest, at any rate, before 16/12/2015.
