JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an applicant for the grant of a regular permit on the route Mavelikara - Kurkkavu Temple via. Court Junction, Olakettiyamblam, Kuttithervu, Kayamkulam and St. Mary's School with respect to stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL07/AP 1398. The said application for regular permit is being considered and in the meanwhile, the petitioner applied for a temporary permit by Ext.P1. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P1 has not been considered so far. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application Ext.P1 be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.

2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to consider Ext.P1 and pass orders accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period two weeks from today.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- (K. HARILAL, JUDGE) Nan/ //true copy// P.S. to Judge
