J U D G M E N T
The petitioner's vehicles bearing registration No.KL-476857 and KL-47-C-7573 have been seized alleging transportation of ordinary earth without valid permit. The petitioner submits that the seizure is illegal. 2.
In that view of the matter there shall be a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to report the seizure before the competent jurisdictional Magistrate within two days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. If the petitioner moves an application before the Magistrate for interim custody, the same shall be considered within a further period of three working days.
The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
