JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J Petitioners have approached this court seeking police protection alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are obstructing construction of compound wall in their property.

2. According to the petitioners, they claimed that the pathway is much wider than that is shown in the documents and the title deed of the petitioner. Private complaint is also filed before the First Class Magistrate.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of records, we do not think that this is a case where a direction can be issued to the police to interfere in the matter. If there is any boundary dispute, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the civil court and obtain appropriate orders. Reserving the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed.
