J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the holder of a regular permit to operate service, on the route Irumpanam - Manjummel Via Tripunithura, in respect of a stage carriage No. KL 07/ AP 5666. He submitted an application for variation of his regular permit, along with Ext.P2 covering letter, so as to operate some trips through Sea port Airport Road and other trips through Menaka. Even though, the said application had been filed much earlier and the process started, no final order has been passed, on the said application so far. This is the grievance projected in this Writ Petition. 2.

Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that Ext.P2 application will be considered in the R.T.A. meeting, which is scheduled to be held on 08.12.2015. The respondent is directed to consider and
