JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner approached the Local Level Monitoring Committee by Ext.P1 alleging that the property belongs to him has been erroneously classified as paddy land. According to the petitioner the land in question is dry land. Petitioner also refers to Ext.P3 report of the Village Officer.

2. In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after giving notice to the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
