JUDGMENT

The petitioner was working as Inspector in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation and retired on 31/5/2015 from Ernakulam Depot. He has already submitted required documents for sanctioning his monthly pension, DCRG, CVP, 1997 Pay Revision arrears and salary arrears before the respondents. But so far, the respondents have not sanctioned his monthly pension and other retirement benefits. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner submitted Ext.P3 representation before the 1st respondent. Despite long lapse of time, no order has been passed on Ext.P3 also. Hence the petitioner filed this writ petition

W.P. (C) No.36823 of 2015 -: 2 :- seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the KSRTC.

3. Having regard to the grievance ventilated through the pleadings, in this writ petition, and the submissions made at the Bar, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- (K. HARILAL, JUDGE) Nan/ //true copy// P.S. to Judge
