JUDGMENT
The petitioner is an applicant for the re-issuance of the temporary permit on the route VatakaraAyancheri-Kakkattil-Kuttyadi with respect to stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL-13/J-6116 and the copy of the application for re-issuance of temporary permit is produced and marked as Ext.P4. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P4 has not been considered so far. It is only appropriate that Ext.P4 temporary permit application be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.
2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to consider Ext.P4 and pass orders accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period two weeks from today.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- K. HARILAL, JUDGE okb.
