J U D G M E N T

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 5 and 6 and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 3 and 4.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the nonconsideration of Ext.P1 order of placement issued by the 5th respondent dated 26.09.2015. Considering the confined prayer made by the petitioner on agreement of parties; the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to look at the order of placement and consider the same in accordance with law, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear
