J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court on account of the delay in effecting transfer of registry based on Exhibit P2 document. It appears that some dispute is pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent and therefore, the revenue officials refused to consider the matter. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner after hearing the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent. It is open for the second respondent to relegate the matter to the Additional Tahsildar. Needful shall be done within two months. The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
