J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is an applicant for the grant of a temporary permit, on the route Kayamkulam - Chengannur with respect to stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL 14/D 6996 in the place of KL 40/L 4401, till that route bus resume service. The application for temporary permit is produced and marked as Ext.P1. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P1 has not been considered so far. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application Ext.P1 be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.

2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to consider Ext.P1 and pass orders

W.P.(C) No. 37029 of 2015 -: 2 :- accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period two weeks from today.
