J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the respondents to include Nellaya Village in Pattambi Taluk instead of Ottappalam Taluk as per Exhibits P1 and P2. Petitioner refers to Exhibit P3 report of the third respondent to substantiate his plea. It is submitted that no decision has been taken by the District Collector.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the District Collector to take appropriate decision in this matter after adverting to the report of the Tahsildar, Ottappalam within a period of two months.
