J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is an applicant for the grant of a temporary permit on the route Guruvayur - Kozhikode -Pulpally with respect to stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL 46/M 5157 and the application is marked, as Ext.P4. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P4 has not been considered so far, despite long lapse of time. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application Ext.P4 be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.

2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to consider Ext.P4 and pass orders accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period
