JUDGMENT

The petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.KRO 3301 has been seized alleging involvement of the Forest Offence. The petitioner submits that the proceedings are pending. In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to grant interim custody of the above vehicle to the petitioner on furnishing bank guarantee for the value of the vehicle. Needful shall be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
