JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an applicant for the grant of a temporary permit on the route Valathode-Thalassery with respect to stage carriage bearing Registration No. KL-58/R-799 in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing Registration No. KL-58/-4545 and Ext. P1 is the application filed for the same. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P1 has not been considered so far. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application Ext.P1 be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.

2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to consider Ext.P1 and pass orders accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period two weeks from today. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. K. HARILAL, JUDGE DCS
