JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an Association of Agriculturists. They points out the anomalies in the survey records in respect of the property held by the members of the petitioner's Association. The petitioner refers to the report of the Village Officer, Mangalam Dam to the Tahsildar, Alathur Taluk, which is produced as Ext.P1. The Village Officer also points out that steps have to be taken to rectify the anomalies.

Considering the nature of the issue, this Court is of the view that the Additional Tahsildar-second respondent shall after referring to Ext.P1 and take appropriate decision in the matter within a period of four months after issuing notice to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
