JUDGMENT
The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to issue the letter of undertaking in Ext.P2 Performa to the 3rd respondent Bank at the earliest.
ii) Issue any other appropriate writ order or direction this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

The respondents 1 and 2 submit that the letter of undertaking in Ext. P2 Performa can be given to the third respondent Bank within a short time. Such letter of undertaking shall be given within a period of three weeks from today.
No further directions are warranted and the writ petition is disposed of.
