JUDGMENT
The prayer in this writ petition is for direction to the first respondent to regularise the services of the petitioner. There is a further prayer for consideration of Exts.P7 and P8 representations preferred by the petitioner for regularisation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for the third respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of directing first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation in the light of Ext.P5 Government Order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall also be heard in person before orders are passed as above.
