JUDGMENT
The prayer in this writ petition is for consideration of Ext.P2 application for transfer of permit preferred jointly by the petitioners, who are the transferor and transferee respectively of the stage carriage in question. The petitioners pray for a consideration of Ext.P2 application .
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall produce a copy of this judgment before the first respondent for compliance.
