JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. It is stated that he had married the fifth respondent on 14.5.1999 and got divorce from the Family Court, Mavelikkara on 12.10.2015. Thereafter, he got engaged to marry another person, which is scheduled to be conducted on 10.12.2015. In the meantime, there had been threat by the fifth respondent, who is the former wife and her men. Petitioner apprehends that they may create obstruction to the marriage function on 10.12.2015. A complaint has been given to the police and no action has been taken in the matter. Hence this petition is filed.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader we are of the view that since Ext.P3 complaint has been filed before the fourth respondent, the said authority shall consider the same and take appropriate action.
