JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached the District Collector and the Revenue Divisional Officer to survey and measure the property belongs to him. It appears that the petitioner wants to survey and measure the property in ten in numbers. The reference of the documents has been mentioned in the writ petition. This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall approach the Additional Tahsildar, Pattambi, Ottappalam and Palakkad, they shall do the needful within three months from the date of receipt of such application by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
