JUDGMENT

Against Exts. P1 series of assessment orders under the Kerala Value Added Tax Act, the petitioner has preferred Exts.P2 series of appeals and stay petitions before the 2nd respondent. It is stated by counsel for the petitioner that the appeals have already been heard by the 2nd respondent, although the 2nd respondent has not pass final orders in the appeals as yet.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on Ext.P2 series of appeals preferred by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
