JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks correction of date of birth in his Passport. The difference of date of birth is more than two years. 2.

Therefore, in the light of the Division Bench judgment, the petitioner has to approach the civil court. The petitioner now submits that he will approach the civil court and therefore, the civil court may be directed to dispose the suit as expeditiously as possible.

This Court is of the view that if the petitioner approaches the civil court of competent jurisdiction, the suit shall be disposed within one year from the date of filing of such suit. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
