JUDGMENT
The petitioner approached this Court on account of refusal to effect mutation in respect of the property covered by Ext.P1.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that on account of injunction, the revenue officials could not effect mutation. This Court is of the view that without prejudice to any right of the third party, transfer of registry shall be effected in favour of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
