J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to include his name in the Rank list for selection and appointment to the post of Kazhakom and Watcher, as in the case of similarly situated persons who filed W.P.(C) No.16605 of 2013 and got favourable order dated 9.6.2015. It is pointed out that a hearing was conducted on 23.11.2015 by the Travancore Dewaswom Board. The petitioner prays for a hearing on the ground that he had not received any notice of the hearing which is said to have conducted on 23.11.2015. Therefore, he filed Ext.P4 application before the Commissioner of Travancore Dewaswom Board seeking for a hearing in the matter. The only prayer in this writ petition is for a disposal of the said application and to take necessary action to include the name of the petitioner in the Rank list prepared by the

W.P.(C)No.37473 of 2015 respondents.

2. After hearing both sides, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner of Dewaswom Board to take up and dispose of Ext.P4 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
