This writ petition is filed alleging harassment by the police. It is stated that the petitioner has borrowed certain amounts from the 3rd respondent, which he has already paid back with interest. However, the 3rd respondent is demanding the petitioner to pay `50,000/- towards interest. Though it is alleged that at the instance of the 3rd respondent, respondents 1 and 2 have summoned the petitioner and is forcing the petitioner to pay the said amount, Government Pleader on instructions would submit that respondents 1 and 2 have never summoned the petitioner for the aforesaid transaction as alleged. We take on record the above submission and close the writ petition.
