JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney.
2. Petitioner has come up with the writ petition alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that petitioner is entitled for police protection to operate his vehicle having registration No.KL-04-Q-7934. It is submitted that this Court has already passed an order dated 23.11.2015 in W.P.(C) No. 34944 of 2015 filed by the petitioner. It is submitted that no appropriate protection has been given by the police authorities which amount to harassment.
We have perused the pleadings in the writ petition and the judgment passed by this Court dated 23.11.2015. We do not find it as a case of police harassment. Even if the order of the Court was not
WP(C) No. 37583 of 2015 -:2:- complied with, the petitioner has remedy to take appropriate action. The Writ Petition is closed.
