JUDGMENT

The timing conference is scheduled to take place tomorrow and it is premature to profess as to whether Ext.D3 circular of the State Transport Authority will be adhered to or not in the process. The Government Pleader, however, points out that Ext.D3 circular is being implemented throughout the State in phases in accordance with W.P(C)No.31840/2015.

The petitioner is free to urge all his contentions before the respondent at the time of a timing conference and pursue proceedings thereafter if he aggrieved. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
