JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an applicant for the grant of a temporary permit on the route Kollam Andamukkam -Velanmoozhy with respect to stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL-3/J-3864 and the true copy of the application is produced and marked as Ext.P1. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P1 has not been considered so far. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application Ext.P1 be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.

2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to consider Ext.P1 and pass orders accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period two weeks from today.
