J U D G M E N T

The learned Standing counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. In view of the submissions made at the Bar, this writ petition can be disposed of on a very short ground. In fact, the only prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to take up and dispose of Ext.P5 representation said to have been filed by the petitioners who were working as Executive Officers in the Board previously and whose service was terminated for want of vacancies. Now the case put forward by the petitioners is that, at present there are sufficient vacancies in the Board and their representation may be considered sympathetically and in accordance with law.

3. In view of the nature of relief sought for, it is felt that, it is only appropriate that the direction sought for can

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to sympathetically consider Ext.P5 representation said to have been filed by the petitioners and take a decision in accordance with law, as early as possible at any rate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
