JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the wife of convict named Abdul Azeez, who is undergoing imprisonment in Central Prison, Viyyur, Thrissur.
2. Petitioner approached the 3rd respondent by Ext.P6 for granting parole to Sri. Abdul Azeez. The only prayer of the petitioner is that Ext.P6 may directed to be considered.
3. The petitioner has been granted parole based on the unamended Rules on earlier occasion pursuant to direction of this Court in Writ petition No.18390/2014. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P6 as a continuation of the earlier parole granted to the convict.
4. In the light of the above, the petitioner's request for parole shall be considered as a continuation of earlier parole. Writ petition is disposed of.
