JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext. P4 representation. The same pertains to the license fee payable by the petitioner in regard to the commercial premises occupied by her.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

I hasten to add that Exts. P1, P2 and P3 judgments shall be adverted to in the exercise. The petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the premises till orders are passed on Ext. P4 representation as directed above.

The writ petition is disposed of.
