The validity of Ext.P1 temporary permit issued to the second respondent expires on 18.12.2015. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation voicing his objection for the reissue of temporary permit.
2.
I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation as and when the second respondent put in application for reissue of temporary permit. Needless to say that the petitioner as well as the second respondent shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
