J U D G M E N T
The petitioner had applied for a passport. This has not been considered on account of delay in forwarding Police Clearance Report. In that view of the matter if the 2nd respondent has received any communication from the first respondent for police verification the same shall be forwarded with a report within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

If there is any crime registered against the petitioner or any warrant is issued against the petitioner, the petitioner is free to move the Court where the case is pending. In that event the Court shall consider the application for granting permission to go abroad within three days of moving application by the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
