JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to respondent Nos.2 and 3 in view of the order which is being passed.

2. Petitioner in the writ petition alleges that he has been threatened by the 3rd respondent, who is the brother in law of the 2nd respondent alleging that the petitioner has caused the resignation of 2nd respondent. Petitioner claims to have submitted a complaint to the police station (Ext.P1).

3. From the facts as stated in the writ petition, we do not find any good ground to issue any direction in the writ petition. We only observe that if any offence is committed or attempted to commit offence, it shall be open for the petitioner to file appropriate complaint before the police, who shall looked into the same. With the above observation the Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.
