J U D G M E N T

The petitioner wants to remove laterite waste accumulated in quarry after quarrying operation. The petitioner approached the Geologist for issuance of O(A) form to transport laterite waste. The petitioner also refers to the building permit. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Geologist shall issue necessary O(A) form on being satisfied that the laterite was accumulated in the area on account of construction activity undertaken based on the building permit. Needful shall be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
