JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to be given to the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 application filed before the second respondent. The prayer of the petitioner in Ext.P3 is that, settlement deed has to be corrected, as to the entries relating to the petitioner's property showing it as a 'Patta land'. According to the petitioner it is not a Patta land but a registered holding with private ownership and possession. The petitioner also produced Exts.P3(a) to P5 which are in his favour.

2. This Court is of the view that the petitioner's request as per Ext.P3 shall be considered by the second respondent/RDO and appropriate orders shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent for further steps.

The writ petition is disposed of.
