J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed challenging the selection of the third respondent from State Professional Drama Competition. The State Professional Drama Competition is underway. The petitioner has not filed process for service of notice to the respondents. Further, this Court is of the view that in a matter like assessment of result in a competition like this, the Court cannot invoke its power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
