JUDGMENT
The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondent, before whom Ext.P3 representation has been preferred by the him, to consider and pass orders on the same, within a time frame, after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation preferred by the petitioner before him, in the light of Ext.P4 judgment of this Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the respondent for further action.
