J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached the 1st respondent to effect transfer of registration as per Ext.P3 application in respect of the property covered by Ext.P2 delivery report. It appears that the petitioner claims the right based on an allotment in a partition suit. Therefore, if the petitioner produces the delivery report and other documents, the transfer of registration shall be effected by the respondent concerned within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
