J U D G M E N T

------------------------- The petitioner has applied for the certified copy of the patta issued pursuant to the order O.A.14323/1976. The 2nd respondent issued a reply as per Ext.P4 to the petitioner, stating that the copy of the above patta is missing in the file. 2.

In that view of the matter, if the copy of the patta is not available, 1st respondent shall either regenerate a new patta or issue necessary certificate stating that the patta has been issued to the petitioner. Needful shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
