J U D G M E N T
The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent, before whom the petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 application seeking refund of taxes paid, to consider the same and pass orders expeditiously after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 application preferred by the petitioner for refund, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
