J U D G M E N T

The petitioner though has been granted a regular permit under Ext.P1 proceedings is yet to be issued with the permit after settlement of timings.

2. I direct the respondent to issue the granted permit after settlement of timings with notice to all the operators within a period of one month. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
