The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 application for temporary permit. The petitioner contends that he has already been granted a regular permit under Ext.P1 proceedings even though not hitherto issued.
2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The timings proposed by the petitioner shall be adverted to at the time of consideration and issue of the temporary permit. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
