JUDGMENT
Against Exts.P1 and P2 demand notices under the Revenue Recovery Act that were served on the petitioners, the petitioners have preferred Ext.P3 objection under Section 34 of the Revenue Recovery Act, before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioners in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 objection, after hearing the petitioners and the 4th respondent.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1,2 and 3 and Sri.R.S.Kalkura, the learned standing counsel for respondent 4.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 objection, after hearing the petitioners and the 4th respondent, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that till such time as orders are passed by the 1st

respondent as directed, and communicated to the petitioners, coercive steps for recovery pursuant to Exts.P1 and P2 demand notices shall be kept in abeyance. The petitioners shall produce a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
The writ petition is disposed as above.
