JUDGMENT

The only prayer of the petitioner is that his representation before the Agricultural Officer, Koorkancherry vide Ext.P3 shall be considered.

2. This Court is of the view that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
