JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the owner of building permit. Based on the building permit, the petitioner was given transit permit to transport the ordinary earth. Petitioner claims that this was obstructed by the Village Officer and she could not transport the earth from the site.
2.This Court is of the view, the 1st respondent Village Officer shall issue possession certificate and location sketch addressing to the Geologist and based on the above, Geologist shall renew the permit and also issue necessary O(A) forms to the petitioner. Needful shall be done by the 1st respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Thereafter, the Geologist shall do the needful within a further period of two weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
